DermalSense Guarantee and Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement, on all goods returned to us within 21 days of your receipt of goods. For hygiene reasons products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and cellophane intact.

If you decide you want to return the product/s, you must notify us by email quoting your order number and the reason for the return.  We will then send you any necessary instructions via email.  Please then send the products to the following address:

All parcels must be sent back using a tracked and insured postal service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in the postal system so it is critical that you obtain proof of postage.

Once we have recieved the goods we will send you an acknowledgemt email and gladly process your refund.  If you paid for the items by credit or debit card the refund will be applied to this card for the amount of the products returned.  We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after receiveing the goods back.

Damaged or faulty items

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Order cancellation and unwanted items

If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued.  If you are returning unwanted items we will only be able to refund the cost of items returned. We will not be able to refund any postage paid at the time of ordering or any postage costs incurred in returning the items to us.  If you have benefited from free delivery we reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Dermalogica products returned for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. Please follow the instructions above before returning your products.
