Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends will be posted the next working day.  

UK Delivery

Royal Mail 48 - 2 to 3 Working Days - £2.50 (Free when you spend over £30)

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed Next Working Day - £6.00

Please note that the Royal Mail Special Delivery service does not guarantee delivery on a Saturdays.  Also, some areas are excluded from the next day guarantee.  Please check Royal Mail for details of these areas. 

European Delivery

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Royal Mail International Standard - 3 to 5 Working Days - €6.00 (Free when you spend £100)

Royal Mail International Tracked - 3 to 5 Working Days - €11.00 (Free when you spend £150) 

Brexit

Please note that orders delivered to EU countries (including Switzerland and Norway) will now not include UK VAT.  However, VAT at your countries standard rate may be payable by you to your local postal service before delivery is made.  You will normally be contacted by email, text message or by delivery card with instructions on how to pay these fees, which can usually be paid online.  Some postal services also charge an administration fee, however unfortunately we cannot advise on these as they differ in each country so we advise you to check.

We appreciate that this is not ideal and we apologise for the inconvenience.  We are working hard to find a better solution and we hope to resume normal service shortly.  In the meantime we are offering free delivery to Europe on orders over £100.

Delivery addresses

It is critically important that the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Royal Mail will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct.

DermalSense cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
